Sales by Customer:

As with the 'Sales by Affiliate' report, this report also gives you invaluable information about the source of your sales. You absolutely have to know where your sales are coming from if you are to capitalize on your successes.
Armed with the information in this report, there's no reason why you shouldn't be thinking about rewards for your top customers. A discount Coupon Code by email is a simple reward for your top customers - at a basic level - but why stop there - Talk to your top customers... Find out what they want, perhaps get them to fill out a survey for you - make them affiliates, even! There's a lot of good that can be done with the information in this report.
To load the "Sales by Customer" page, in order to view sales figures by customer, you need to select the link entitled "Sales by Customer" under the Reports section of the left navigation menu, as shown here:

This will load the sales by customer page, shown below:

The sales are presented in an easy-to-understand table, with the following columns: Customer, Sales, Price, Discount and Commission. The figures are ordered by commission (descending) so that the customer earning you the biggest return is right at the top for you to see.
Customer
This column displays the name of the customer to whom these sales figures apply.
Sales
The "Sales" column displays the number of audio books that the customer has bought.
Price
This is the selling price of the audio book.
Discount
If the audio book has been available with a discount, the value of this discount will appear in this column.
Commission
This column displays the commission you earned from sales to this customer.
At the bottom of the table you can also see the total for each column.
