Promotional Tools

There are a number of tools within the Spoken Network Partner Administration system which are designed to help you promote your Partner System and maximize your sales. Each has it's own particular function, briefly set out below

Create links (text and graphical)

Allows you to generate textual and/or graphical links (either individually or as sets) for you (on your own main site or sub-sites) and also for your affiliates (on their own sites). Where links are produced for affiliates' use they include a unique identifier for the affiliate in question (that you select) and sales made through these links will automatically be attributed to that affiliate (and commissions allocated by the Spoken Network system). Note: these links will bring the prospective customer to your main site at the product details page relevant to the link that the customer clicked.

Sell Direct

SellDirect is a remarkable tool that allows you to generate links and buttons which, rather than bringing customers back to your main site, actually allows the transaction to happen on your sub-site or on your affiliates' sites. SellDirect uses an affiliate-branded purchase process so that the customer experience remains with the affiliate's site rather than with a separate branded entity. This is incredibly powerful as it greatly reduces shopping cart abandonment (being a single-site process). It also greatly increases the chances of your product sales links being taken up by potential affiliates.

Special Offers

Special offers are regular price-reduced/special mechanic products negotiated by Spoken Network on your behalf for the coming month. These time limited offers are available month-to month (different offers each month) and you can select up to a maximum of six from the list for presentation on your site's 'Special Offers' page.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are a series of pre-set (by Spoken Network) codes which you can use (and rename if required) with specific functionality. Codes might include functionality such as 10% first offer, or a hidden function that gives your affiliates an added percentage (from your own), or perhaps an offer that on purchasing a particular title (or titles to a certain value) rewards the customer with a discount or free additional title. All of these codes are designed to help increase your volume of sales, and there are a range of such codes from which you can choose.

Content Direct

ContentDirect is another unique product within the Partner Administration site which enables you to output sets of data for creating sub-sites, focussed on a category (or categories) of your choice. Within the data sets (up to 100 titles every use, outputted as CSVs, XML or separate HTML pages) are links to buy titles from your main site. Again, you can output these as plain links (for your own sub-sites) or as affiliate-linked data-sets (which your affiliates can then use within their own sites). The speed with which you can use this tool to generate voluminous, targeted, relevant, unique sites is phenomenal.

Using the tools above to their fullest potential, you will be able to make the most of your Partner System, and each tool will be explained fully in the sections that follow.
