Supporting our Partners:

Should you have any technical difficulties, either in setting up your Partner System or operating it on an ongoing basis, we have created for you a range of support services to which you can turn for assistance at any time:

This Partner Instructional Manual

This technical manual is provided to you for your ongoing reference. It is not designed with 'cover-to-cover reading' in mind, more a reference work into which you can dip, from time to time, when you need more detailed instruction on a specific task - or section of the Spoken Network Partner Administration Site.

The Online Help Manual

The printed manual is obviously a 'static' document. To incorporate new sections (and amendments as Partner Administration functions change over time) we host a 'Live' version of the full Partner Manual online (to which links throughout the Partner Administration Site can be found). The great thing about this 'Live' document is that it contains the very latest thinking on the systems you are using, and incorporates additional elements that may have been added since your received your printed manual.

The Partner Technical Support Site: http://spokennetworkpartners.helpserve.com

Once you have exhausted the obvious manuals/online Help documentation, it's time to visit our dedicated support site. On the site you will find three options open to you:

1.Search the Knowledgebase - The Knowledgebase is populated with answers to past questions, and so quite feasibly will contain the solution you are looking for (if it has occurred before, for another partner). You can perform a search at the support site for a key word or phrase which will hopefully return some relevant solutions.
2.Check the FAQ - as well as past answers, Spoken Network maintain an FAQ within this Support Site, into which we add the most common queries we receive. Again, you may find the answer you're looking for here.
3.Open a Support Ticket - Once you have exhausted all of the options above, you can open a Support Ticket on the Support Site. This is a very straightforward process and our technical support staff will come back to you as soon as possible with a response that will answer your question.

The Partner Website: www.spokennetworkpartners.com

From time to time there will be postings to our Partner Website regarding technical issues, resources for solving certain technical 'wants' on the parts of our Partners and so on. The site is therefore a useful pace to drop by occasionally, just to see if there's anything of interest on the technical front - who knows... a technical query you've been sat on for some time might just have been covered off on the website.
