What happens if I've forgotten my username or password?
Don't worry if you get the username or password wrong, or you simply can't remember what either of them is. If you click the link immediately below the log-in box labeled >> Forgotten Password? you will be presented with the following pop-up window:

This pop-up window has two fields, but you only need to fill out one of them.
If you can remember your Username (that you specified when signing up as a Spoken Network Partner) enter it in the "Username" field and then click the button labeled "Send me my details".
Alternatively if you prefer, you can enter the Email address you specified, when first signing up as a partner to Spoken Network, into the "Email address" field, before clicking the button labeled "Send me my details".
In both of the cases above, when you click the button labeled "Send me my details" an email is sent immediately to the email address you specified on first signing up as a Spoken Network Partner. This email will contain your username and password.
Tip:
Because of the nature of the information stored securely within your partner administration pages, you should take care to store your username and password safely where they cannot be accessed by others.
