Customer Lookup:
Path, from the left navigation menu: [Reports section] > Customer Lookup
If you would like to view sales figures for a particular customer (rather than browsing a full report) you can jump right to a specific customer's sales data by performing a search in this report page. This report also gives you more information on a specific customer (namely, their postal address) so could conceivably be used to look up a top customer's address in order to mail them a free gift as a reward for such loyal custom.
To load the "Customer Lookup" page, you need to select the link entitled "Customer Lookup" under the Reports section of the left navigation menu, as shown here:

This will load the customer lookup page, shown below:

As you can see from the picture above, you can search for a customer using multiple criteria, namely: Username, Email, First Name and Last Name.
Username
This option lets you search for a customer by their username.
This option lets you search for a customer by their email address.
First Name
You can also search for a customer by their first name.
Last Name
You can also search for a customer by their last name.
You can use any or all of the criteria above - obviously, the more criteria you use, the narrower the results returned by your search will be.
Once you input the required information into the respective text input boxes, you simply need to click on the "Search" button and the system will return the details (for those customers matching your search criteria).
These search results will be displayed in a table that, as well as the basic information for that customer (as listed above) also contains the postal address of the specific customer(s). The below diagram illustrates a sample set of search results:
