Changing your password

 

Path, from the left navigation menu: ['My Details' section] > Profile > To change your password click here

 

Within the "My Profile" screen, there is a link half-way down the page (beneath the email details) allowing you to change your Partner Administration Password.

Clicking this link opens a pop-up window, entitled "Password Reset".

Using this pop-up window, you can easily specify a new password for your Spoken Network Partner account.

 

To reset the password for your account, simply enter the old password in the "Old Password” field and your desired new password in the "New Password" field.

 

To save this new password, simply click the "Change Password" button. This will save your new password and then close the pop-up window, returning you to the "My Profile" page.”

 

 

Tip:

By default the usernames and passwords granting you access to your Partner Account, the Partner Administration System and the Partner Website (www.spokennetworkpartners.com) are all set the same. This of course make it easier to remember across the different areas of the Spoken Network service.

 

If you change the password for the Administration System, this will not affect the password for your Partner Account (which also determines the password for the Partner Website). You will therefore end up with two passwords, for the different areas of the Spoken Network service.

 

Should you wish to change your Partner Account username/password, you need to login to your Partner Account over at www.spokennetworkpartners.com/member/login.php.
